STRONG GIRLS GROUP STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
JUNE & JULY GROUPS:
Mondays & Wednesdays 10:15am-11AM
*starts June 5th
*no class week of July 15th
*Commit to one month at a time or both months
With personalized instruction from a certified trainer and the accountability and camaraderie of fellow peers, students will learn how to build a strong foundation through resistance, coordination, cardiovascular training AND a healthy, strong MINDSET! Form & FUN are a top priority in progression helping each participate advance at their own pace. This program is for all levels and will help participants understand the benefits of strength training for general fitness or to build a strong foundation for athletics.
