Where girl push-ups don't exist because there never was such a thing.

Gaia Fit #StrongGirls is for girls in grades 5th - 8th to join together weekly for strength and fitness.

In #StrongGirls Small Group, Your Strong Girls will get the benefits of personal training and group training all in one! These groups take up to five people at a time and run on a month to month schedule. They will share their personal fitness and nutrition goals with their trainer and get working! Their trainer will provide advice and workouts on what to do on the days they are not with their group! 

For #StrongGirls Summer, we will keep with the same philosophy as StrongGirls Small Group. Depending on Sign Ups, we may break the girls into two groups (5-6 / 7-8) and add an instructor. We have seen a significant difference having the girls in groups of 4-5 rather then 10! Class is 15 minutes longer for the summer session. 
*Students can be rising 5th graders through rising 8th graders.

Option 2: Wednesdays 3:30-4:30pm / June 7, 14, 21, 28

Option 1:  Mondays 3:30-4:30pm / July 10, 12, 24, 31
