GF Run was created for the local running community of Daniel Island and our surrounding areas. It is a place for new to experienced runners (and everything in-between) to gather and run for health, recreation, inspiration and sport. You are welcome to run with us for FREE anytime at one of our weekly runs.

Complete your first 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, run a new PR or just simply have fun training with a passionate, motivating community and inspirational coach. This comprehensive training program will help every runner train more efficiently, learn quality miles vs quantity miles and receive unlimited expertise coaching in running, fitness and nutrition.
Your Program Includes:
10 week training program calendar (based on experience level and distance)
Weekly Coached Track Workouts (Wed., 5:30pm on DI)
Optional Group Runs on weekends and weekdays
Unlimited Coaching Support

Don't want to train for a half or 10K, but would still like coaching from our expert coaches!? Join our coached track workouts to learn quality workouts that will best fit your running program. Learn quality miles versus quantity miles with expertise coaching and the support and comradery of a team! Drop-In or commit monthly.
