Gaia Fit Run was created for the local running community of Daniel Island and our surrounding areas. It is a place for new to experienced runners (and everything in-between) to gather and run for health, recreation, inspiration and sport. We have seasonal training programs with weekly track workouts! These track workouts are lead by a certified Run Coach ready to help you increase speed and endurance and improve technique and form. Complete your first 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, run a new PR or just simply have fun training with a passionate, motivating community and inspirational coach.
