Exercise and fitness are my passion. I grew up playing sports, but quickly changed to running races in college, and triathlons after kids. Now, I vary between endurance events, and love the training as much as the goal race.
Teaching spin classes showed me how much I enjoy helping others reach their goals, and am excited to now re-enter the fitness and coaching profession and share my knowledge and experience with others.
I cut 56 min off my time from my first marathon to my second, and another 25 min off my 3rd (Where I Qualified for Boston).
Complete a full Ironman.
