Artichoke Stuffing


  • 1 Package of Trader Joe's Frozen Artichokes
  • 1 T Ghee 
  • 4 oz. of crumbled Goat Cheese
  • 3 oz. shredded mozzarella


  1. Warm and Soften Frozen artichokes in a pan on medium heat. Add just enough oil or butter to soften.
  2. In a blender, combine artichokes, she, goat cheese and mozzarella until smooth consistency.
