The best part is it is optional. If you are struggling with food sensitivities and major sludge in the body, we have the extended 21 day program that extends the 5 Day resets and forces you to eliminate high triggering foods and then slowly add them back in. This can also be a part of the program, but you have to email and specifically ask for this. I don't want it to cause stress or confusion for those who do not need it.
