Honestly, I don't like to diet but just try to eat as healthy as I can. The biggest reason I was able to lose 10 lbs in 2 months was getting to bootcamp 3 times a week. I was going to the gym 5 to 6 times a week but was seeing very little change and was anxious to lose some weight for Laura's wedding. I always thought I was in pretty good shape so when I went to my first class I thought "I got this". Boy was I in for a big surprise! I could not believe the workout I got in only 45 minutes! I love how every class is a little different! I love how challenging the classes are! I love the support from the other bootcampers! I love the availability of the classes! I love the information provided in the newsletters! I love the diversity of the bootcampers from the young to the old (me)! There are many things that I "love" about boot camp however, there is one thing that I will never "love" and that is BURPEES! Can't stand them!
Seriously, I can't say enough good things about Gaia Fit boot camp. I urge every woman, especially women my age, to get up, get moving and don't be afraid of the challenges that you face in boot camp the reward is more than worth it.
