Pumpkin Latte Recipe

After visiting my local Starbucks twice for a Pumpkin Spice Latte, I knew I had to do something quick to keep my waistline and wallet in check when the holiday season has merely just begun. I recalled seeing some recipes from other fellow Shaklee team members. I played around with one mixing coffee, Shaklee180 vanilla, pumpkin, etc. Tasty for a leisurely Sunday morning, but time consuming and not totally fulfilling.

Monday morning, out came the magic bullet...

  • 8 ounces of coconut milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 scoops of Shaklee180 Cafe Latte
  • 1 heaping Tablespoon of Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 heaping tsp. of Cinnamon

Blend and Delish! Hit the spot so much, I repeated the process on Tuesday.

For about $3, I replaced my $5 plus Pumpkin Spice Latte and had a complete nutritious breakfast that kept me full and satisfied for hours.
