When I purchased the boot camp groupon, I was sure I was going to hate it. But it turns out that it was exactly what I needed. I went from basically no exercise to exercising 3-4 times a week, between boot camp and homework. I actually look forward to getting up early to exercise! I've also incorporated a healthier diet, cutting out most carbs, cutting back tremendously on sugar, and adding more fruits and vegetables to my diet. I've added bike riding to my exercise routine, and have signed up for a 30 mile bike tour at the end of September, something I would have never dreamed that I could do. I have lost 15 pounds so far, but I've gained muscle and I feel so much stronger and healthier. I can't say enough good things about boot camp and Gaia Fit; I've recommended it to everyone!
