Red Bank - September 15, 2012 - Gaia Fit, a local fitness and nutrition cooperative, gives back as it invites community members to learn “3 Essential Steps To Wellness” at the Lunch Break of Red Bank (121 Drs James Parker Boulevard) on Saturday, September 15 at 10:45 a.m. This interactive breakfast seminar will teach realistic and cost-effective ways to improve you and your family's health. Important information and practical tips about physical fitness, nutrition and stress management will be shared.
There is no fee for this seminar. In lieu of a fee, attendees are asked to bring at least two non-perishable foods for donation to Lunch Break. Donations are accepted at any time by Lunch Break during regular business hours and will be accepted by Gaia Fit at all fitness classes leading up to the event.
Gaia Fit is a fitness and nutrition cooperative that believes in social responsibility and being a good neighbor. Gaia Fit provides fitness class, such as boot camps and pre/post natal pilates, nutrition programing, and personal training. As part of its Gaia Gives program, Gaia Fit partners with organizations in projects that will give back to those in need of a helping hand.
