Eating for Optimal Health & Weight
Mary Patterson a board certified Nutrition Counselor and Personal Trainer of over 13 years and Ginny Svigals a Registered nurse, 200hr ytt yoga teacher and certified barre instructor will help participants break down the barrier of healthy eating. There is no need to sacrifice quality of food for weight loss. No more counting calories and feeling like eating for weight loss has to be boring and bland.
This interactive workshop will inspire and motivate. All participants will leave with hands-on tools, resources, and recipes to begin implementing in their lifestyle right away!
