Sometimes we just don't have time to get out to our regular exercise class or we don't feel like popping in that same old exercise video - again. We need quick and easy but different and fun. Here you go!
If you are lacking motivation, step one is just to get moving. Don't stress the exertion level or how many calories or if you are doing the exercise advanced or modified. Just set the timer and start moving. You will see in a couple of minutes how you are still moving, feeling better and possibly taking it up a notch!
Too cold to go outside? No access to cardio equipment? Substitute the run for 1 minute of burpees! Oh yes! We have to love the efficiency and effectiveness of a burpee! ;-)
