Chicken Chili Recipe

Quick. Easy. Simple. Delicious.


4 Onions

2 28 ounce Cans of Crushed Tomato

6 Peppers (Vary the colors)

3 Cloves of minced Garlic

1 Tablespoon of Wildtree Fajita Seasoning

1/4 Cup of Chopped fresh Basil

3 lbs of Boneless Chicken Breasts

Fresh pepper to taste



Heat oven to 350.

Dice onions, peppers, and garlic and heat in 1 T of grape seed oil until onions reach a clear consistency. Add Crushed Tomato and seasoning and stir. Cover and keep on low to medium heat.

Bake Chicken in oven until fully cooked (about 20 minutes)

Remove chicken from oven and chop into bite size pieces. Add chicken to the pot.

Let all ingredients cook on stove top low to medium heat and eat when ready!

Adjust seasoning to your taste!


Average Serving Size: 1 heaping cup

1 Cup of Chicken Chili topped with 2 T sour cream

1 cup of Chili over 4T of quinoa or brown rice

Topped with 3T of sliced avocado
