Our oatmeal obsession continues. These oatmeal recipes can very easily become overnight mason jar recipes too. Place all ingredients in a mason jar, mix and refrigerate overnight. Take out on the go and enjoy!
For this one, we followed our quick microwave, stir and enjoy again.
Mix in a bowl:
1/3 Cup of oats
1/2 sliced banana
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract (more if you would like)
1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice (more or less if you prefer)
Place in the microwave for 1 minute. Take our and stir and place in for 1 more minute.
Add to the bowl:
3 Tablespoons of our favorite vanilla Energizing Protein
1 Tablespoon of chopped pecans
Stir and Enjoy!
