Boot Camp

cardio, strength and flexibility designed for maximum results

Have fun exercising in the great outdoors and get real results in just 45 minutes. This class will push you through a variety of exercises using the body, bands, medicine balls, and nature. The perfect complement to a busy lifestyle, sports enthusiast, or endurance athlete. Everyone from beginner to advanced is welcome. Includes nutrition program and support.

Small group and corporate boot camp programs are available upon request!

Bring a mat or towel, water bottle, and desire to sweat!
